Desde que me mude aca a DF ando pasando un frío colosal, bueno acostumbrada a las 40ºC de Tabasco, se siente como el polo norte, jaja, bueno no tanto asi, pero si se siente mucho el frío y aprovechando que se puede tomar uno un Chocolatico caliente, decidí darle un impulso al mio y llevarlo a otro nivel haciendo este Chocolate Caliente con Vino Tinto, es una cosa deliciosa, eso si un poco fuerte, pero yum, yum, está mega rico y reconfortante.

Como sabes Navidad es para mi una epoca super especial y por eso quiero compartir contigo todas estas recetas que me hacen feliz y que me encantarían prepararte yo misma. Para hacer este Chocolate Caliente con Vino Tinto, yo te recomiendo usar un vino tinto tipo Syrah o Merlot, un vino fuerte, si eres de las que no les gustan los vinos tintos bien fuertes, puedes hacer el chocolate con un poco menos de vino o usando chocolate de leche, también puedes usar especias en tu chocolate o comprar de este chocolate tradicional que venden en el super y hacerlo, seguro quedará buenisimo; yo a mi chocolate le puse un toque de chocolate con chile y le dio otra dimensión a mi taza de chocolate caliente con vino tinto, creeme que si amas el vino y el chocolate como yo, esta combinacion te encantara.

Delicioso Chocolate caliente con un toque de vino tinto, muchos malvaviscos y toneladas de sabor para estas fiestas.

Ingredientes
  • 1 taza de chocolate de leche o semi amargo (picado)
  • 2 cdas. de azúcar
  • ⅔ de taza de vino tinto Monte Xanic tipo Calixa Syrah
  • 2 tazas de leche
  • Malvaviscos
  • Cocoa en Polvo (opcional)
Instrucciones
  1. Coloca en una cacerola el chocolate de tu preferencia, seguidamente añade el azúcar, el vino y la leche.
  2. Lleva a el fuego y cocina a fuego bajito por 10 min, revuelve constantemente para deshacer el chocolate y que todo se combine muy bien.
  3. Déjalo reposar un ratito mientas, para que no te quemes, sirve y cubre con montones de malvaviscos y un poquito de cocoa en polvo.
  4. Yummmmmm

Ever since I moved to Mexico City, I’ve been really on a constant cold temperature, well, being used to 40ºC at Tabasco, it feels like the north pole haha, well, not so, but it does feel really cold and since that’s the best time to make hot chocolate, I decided to boost mine, and take it to the next level by making this hot chocolate with red wine, It is the most delicious thing, it is a little strong, but yum yum, it is mega tasty and comforting.

As you know, christmas is a super special time of the year, and that is why I want to share with you all the recipes that make me happy and that I would love to make you myself. to make this hot chocolate with red wine, I recommend using a Syrah or Merlot wine, a string wine, if you are of the people that don’t like strong red wines, you can make the chocolate using less wine or using milk chocolate, you can also use spices on your chocolate, or buy the traditional one they sell at the market, I’m sure it will be delicious, I made mine with a touch of hot pepper chocolate and It gave a whole new dimension to my hot chocolate with red wine, trust me, if you love wine and chocolate like I do, you’ll love this combo.

HOT CHOCOLATE WITH RED WINE

Delicious hot chocolate with a touch of red wine, many marshmallows and tons of flavor for these holidays.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk chocolate or semi bitter chocolate (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2/3 cup red wine
  • 2 cups milk
  • Marshmallows
  • Cocoa Powder (optional)

 

Instructions

  1. Place the chocolate of your choice in a saucepan, then add the sugar, wine and milk.
  2. Bring it to the fire and cook it at low heat for 10 min, stir constantly to melt the chocolate and combine everything well.
  3. Let it rest for a while, so it doesn’t burn you, serve and cover with  marshmallows and a little of cocoa powder.
  4. Yummmmmm.
