Hoy celebramos a todos los niños de México, consentimos a los peques de la casa con una receta espectacularmente deliciosa Pop Cookie Tarts, unas tartitas rellenas de mermelada de frambuesa y cereza, pero hechas de masita de galletas y decoradas de una forma super divertida con popo de unicornio jaja, no es popo de unicornio, es confeti de colores, no te espantes.

Puede que ya no sea tan niña, pero obviamente esa pequeña Vanesita sigue allí y estás Pop Cookie Tarts le encantaron y a Baci también, nos las comimos todas, en el desayuno y en la merienda, son super adictivas, puedes hacerlas con diferentes mermeladas y decorados, diviértete haciendo esta receta con tus hijos, cocinar con ellos les dará buenas historias y recuerdos para cuando sean grandes.

Divertidas y deliciosas Pop Cookie Tarts, tartitas de masita de galleta rellenas de mermelada de frambuesa y cereza, para hacer con los más pequeños de la casa.

Ingredientes
  • 500 grs de masa para galletas de vainilla
  • Mermelada Bonne Maman de Frambuesa y Cereza
  • ¼ de taza de azúcar glass
  • Agua
  • Confetti
Instrucciones
  1. Pre calienta el horno a 180ºC.
  2. Para hacer tus Pop cookie tarts, extiende la masa de galletas de vainilla entre dos hojas de papel encerado, estirala muy bien, como de unos 2 a 3 mm de espesor, refrigera hasta que la masa este firme.
  3. Corta rectángulos de 4 cm de ancho y 10 cm de largo en la masa, rellena con mermelada y sella los bordes de tus pop cookie tarts con un tenedor.
  4. Hornea tus tartitas por 20 minutos o hasta que estén doraditas, retiralas del horno y déjalas enfriar.
  5. Para hacer el glaseado de tus pop cookie tarts, coloca en un bol el azúcar glass y poco a poco ve agregando agua, de a gotitas, cuando tengas un glaseado de consistencia bien espesa, estara listo. Baña tus pop cookie tars con el glaseado y decora con los confetis de colores.

POP COOKIE TARTS

Fun and delicious Cookie Pop Tarts, made  with cookie dough filled with raspberry and cherry jam.

 

Ingredients

  • 500 g of vanilla cookie dough
  • Raspberry and Cherry Bonne Maman jam
  • ¼ cup of powdered sugar
  • Water
  • Confetti

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 ° F.
  2. To make your Pop cookie tarts, spread the vanilla cookie dough between two sheets of waxed paper, stretch well as about 2 or 3 mm thick, refrigerate until dough is firm.
  3. Cut rectangles of 4 cm wide and 10 cm long from the dough, fill with jam and seal the edges of your  pop cookie tarts with a fork.
  4. Bake your cookies for 20 minutes or until they are golden brown, remove them from the oven and let them cool.
  5. To make the glaze of your  pop cookie tarts, place in a bowl the icing sugar and gradually add the water, when you have a very thick glaze consistency, it will be ready. Bathe your pop cookie tars with icing and decorate them with colored confetti.
