Ya de vuelta 100% al blog, entre el viaje a Venezuela, la lista de pendientes y el Congreso de Cocina Mexicana, no había tenido tiempo de preparar más recetas, pero la semana pasada me puse manos a la obra y como aca en Villahermosa el frío ya se fue y ¡el calor está en todo su esplendor!, me provocó hacer algo rico y refrescante, que mejor que un Mousse de Mango, para aliviar el calor, pero no es un simple mousse de mango, tiene un toque especial… ya que le agregamos vino blanco.

Este Mousse de Mango, esta mega facilito de hacer, hoy te comparto una forma que es rapida y sobria, queda perfecta para compartir con tus amigos en una cena o almuerzo y después en esta semana te compartiré otra forma de preparar este mismo postre, te vas a enamorar, es especial para Pascua y si tienes hijos van a rogar que se los hagas, obviamente, retiramos el vino de la receta si lo haces para los peques.

MOUSSE DE MANGO


Para hacer este delicioso y fácil mousse de mango yo use mango semi maduro, de ese que ya viene cortado y congelado en el supermercado, pero tu puedes ocupar mango fresco si asi gustas, no hay ninguna diferencia.

Un postre ligero y refrescante, pulpa de mango semi maduro combinada con crema y mango fresco, con un toque de vino blanco.

Ingredientes
  • 220 grs. de mango o pulpa de mango
  • 250 grs. de crema chantilly (crema batida con azúcar y vainilla)
  • 7 grs. de gelatina sin sabor
  • 5 cdas. de vino blanco Chenin Blanc – Cosecha Tardia, Monte Xanic
  • Azúcar glass (opcional)
  • Mango picado para decorar
Instrucciones
  1. Coloca el mango en una licuadora, incorpora dos cucharadas de vino y muele hasta hacer puré. Reserva.
  2. Hidrata la gelatina con 3 cucharadas de vino y lleva al microondas por 10 segundos.
  3. Poco a poco incorpora la pulpa de mando a la mezcla de la gelatina, luego combina esta preparación junto con la crema chantilly y vierte en unas lindas copas.
  4. Refrigera por 2 horas o hasta que el mousse de mango esté bien frío, adorna con trocitos de mango antes de servir.

I felt like doing something nice and refreshing, and what’s better than a Mango mousse, to relieve the heat, but it is not a simple mango mousse, it has a special touch … as we add white wine.

This Mango mousse is very easy to do, today I share with you a way that is quick and sober, it is perfect for sharing with friends at a dinner or lunch and later this week I will share another way to prepare this same dessert, you’ll fall in love with it, it is special for Easter and if you have children they will beg you make it for them, obviously, we’ll remove the wine from the recipe if you do it for the kids.

MANGO MOUSSE


A light and refreshing dessert, semi-ripe mango pulp combined with cream and fresh mango with a touch of white wine.


Ingredients
  • 220 g. Mango or mango pulp
  • 250 g. Chantilly cream (whipped cream with sugar and vanilla)
  • 7g. Unflavored gelatin
  • 5 tbsp. Chenin Blanc white wine – Late harvest, Monte Xanic
  • Caster sugar (optional)
  • Chopped mango for garnish
Instructions
  1. Place the mango in a blender, incorporate two tablespoons of wine and grind it until it becomes a mash. Reserve.
  2. Moisturize the gelatin with 3 tablespoons of wine and put it in the microwave for 10 seconds.
  3. Gradually incorporate mango pulp to gelatin mixture then combine this preparation with the whipped cream and pour it into some nice cups.
  4. Refrigerate 2 hours or until the mango mousse is pretty cold, decorate with mango pieces before serving
