CANASTA DE FRUTOS ROJOS

Hoy les traigo una receta que mas fácil no puede ser, es muy rica, saludable y rápida, es la primera de una serie de postres saludables que les estaré presentando en colaboración con mi amiga Sonia de Cocina y Comparte y también para darle una mano a todas mis amigas que me han escrito en busca de recetas de postres saludables para sus hijos.

Si estás a dieta te cuento que este postre te cae del cielo, te sirve tanto como para la merienda, como para un desayuno, tiene muy pocas calorías y solo consumes el azúcar natural de las frutas. Es muy versátil puedes agregar el yogurt del sabor que quieras y la fruta que mas te guste, tu decides que combinaciones usar, recuerda que el secreto es no abusar en el tamaño de las porciones, ni en el azúcar 😉

Canasta de Frutos Rojos

Rinde 2 porciones

  • 100 grs de frutos rojos
  • 125 grs de yogurt natural griego
  • 2 tortillas de harina de trigo
  • azúcar o miel (opcional)

 

  1. Pre calienta el horno a 180°C.
  2. Coloca las tortillas en unos ramekins o en un molde para cupcakes y hornea hasta que estén doradas (en este paso si gustas puedes agregar un poco de azúcar a las tortillas para agregar más dulzor), de 10 a 15 min.
  3. Retira las canastitas de tortilla del horno y deja enfriar. Rellena las canastas con el yogurt natural o del sabor que prefieras y cubre con frutas rojas. Si quieres un toque más dulce agrega un poquito de miel.

If you’re on a diet, let me tell you that this dessert will It´s a gift from heaven, it serves both as a snack and breakfast, It has very few calories and uses only natural sugar from the fruits. It is very versatile, you can add the flavor of the yogurt and fruit that you like, you decide which combinations to use, Just remember that the secret is not to abuse the portion sizes, or sugar .

Berries baskets

  • Makes 2 servings
  • 100 grams of berries
  • 125 grams of Greek yogurt
  • Two flour tortillas
  • sugar or honey (optional)

  1. Pre heat the oven to 180 ° C or 356°F.
  2. Place the tortillas in a ramekins or in a baking cupcakes pan and bake until golden brown (in this step if you like, you can add a little sugar to the tortillas to add more sweetness) for 10-15 min.
  3. Remove the tortilla baskets from oven and let them cool. Fill the baskets with natural yogurt or flavor of your choice, cover it with berries. If you want a little bit sweeter add some honey.
